Chaz was a very good Forrester advocate. He answered all the questions I had regarding quality of the vehicle, drive ability, instrument, panel, and questions about service and maintenance. He was a no pressure salesman. I asked about perks and he was responsive and helpful in what the dealer could offer. He was so knowledgeable, you would think he’d been doing this all his life. Very personable.

Chaz was great. There was no high-pressure sales tactics whatsoever. He answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. I have purchased many used cars in my lifetime (i'm in my 50s), and I can honestly say Chaz is the best sales person I've ever dealt with. Usually there's some condescension because I'm female, or some high-pressure sales tactics. Absolutely zero with Chaz. If you want to buy a Subaru in Traverse City, go meet Chaz.
