In the almost 10 years I have been in the service industry I have worked hard to build strong relationships with each of my guests. I enjoy talking about family, pets, or travels taken. My guests count on me to provide the information they need about their vehicle, whether it is good news or a problem that needs attention. I always take the time to go over each inspection item to ensure your safety and satisfaction. Rest assured, if we do find issues that need corrected, I will prioritize these findings as I would for myself or my own family. The best part of my job is seeing my customers safely back on the road after their service has been completed. My Outback was serviced yesterday - oil change, tire rotate, inspect. Dani did an excellent job of coordinating the service visit. I contacted her last week and she was able to work me into the schedule. The service work yesterday went smoothly and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate Dani and her team!

Well, I screwed up on the schedule, thinking Dani told me the first available appointment was at 8:30 AM, so I showed up at 8:30 AM the next morning. Actually, what she had said was the appointment would be on the 1st of July at 8:30 AM. So, I was there a week early. But, since we had driven an hour to get there, and since the issue was a dead battery, she squeezed us in and got the battery tested and replaced.
