I've been a Service Advisor for many years, most of them spent right here in Ludington and Manistee. I'm known for being friendly and helpful – I try to treat everyone like family. I'm a good listener, detail-oriented, and always strive to make things as easy as possible for my customers. I'm currently engaged to Matt Novogradac. We met in Manistee a few years back. Outside of work, family is everything. I have three kids, two grandsons, and two Great Danes that I love hiking and rock hunting with. Of course, I'm a die-hard Detroit Lions fan. I moved to Benzonia over a year ago and now currently work at Serra.

This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been here before and always had great service, which made this experience even more disappointing. I dropped my car off for a scheduled 9:30 AM oil change expecting it to take about two hours. After waiting 3.5 hours with no communication, Laura informed me my car had essentially been forgotten and had fallen behind other oil changes. This was confusing considering I had a scheduled appointment. She offered to valet my car to my house later that day and assured me they would discount my final bill because of the inconvenience. At 3 PM she told me my car was finished, I immediately paid my invoice, and was told the valet would bring it out. I then waited another 2.5 hours with no updates. After calling the dealership myself, I was told the valet was “done with runs” and my car would instead be delivered the following morning. No one had called to tell me this. Had I not called before closing, I would have had no idea where my car was. Because I had to work the next day, this created a huge inconvenience with absolutely no consideration for my time. I ultimately picked my car up myself that evening, only to discover no one had told me where it was parked. After everything that happened, I had to walk around the parking lot searching for my own vehicle. To make matters worse, the promised discount was never applied to my final invoice. The most frustrating part wasn’t the delay—it was the complete lack of communication and accountability. Mistakes happen, but forgetting a customer’s vehicle, failing to provide updates for hours, changing plans without notifying the customer, failing to honor a promised discount, and then making them search the parking lot for their own car is unacceptable. I was patient and understanding throughout the day, but the dismissive attitude I received when I expressed my frustration only made the experience worse. I am seriously questioning whether I will return.
