I've been a Service Advisor for many years, most of them spent right here in Ludington and Manistee. I'm known for being friendly and helpful – I try to treat everyone like family. I'm a good listener, detail-oriented, and always strive to make things as easy as possible for my customers. I'm currently engaged to Matt Novogradac. We met in Manistee a few years back. Outside of work, family is everything. I have three kids, two grandsons, and two Great Danes that I love hiking and rock hunting with. Of course, I'm a die-hard Detroit Lions fan. I moved to Benzonia over a year ago and now currently work at Serra.

Very friendly, communicating the status of the service. Would have been nice to have known about the inability to install the hands-free software update before I drove in, and then would have rescheduled my appointment to save a 1-1/2 hour (round trip) drive in from Alden

Laura was the best! I brought my forester in for a check engine light when I was on vacation. I needed to make a long trip back but didn’t feel comfortable taking my car that far. I brought it to Serra in Traverse City and Laura got the job done. I explained my situation and she did her very best of taking care of me. My car was fixed in 4 hours and I was able to drive it home at a reasonable time. She made the whole process stress free! She was great!
