Hi! I’m Sanjay Woolcott, a Business Development Representative (BDC) here to provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish! Guests enjoy my genuine personality, easy-going approach, and commitment to high-quality customer service and sales. In addition to ensuring you have the automotive information and assistance you need, I love taking up conversations on various topics like history, movies, politics, religion, and books. Outside of work, my interests include playing the piano and guitar and trying to record music. Watching sports is also on my hobby list, especially Detroit Lions games – yep, I’m one of those crazies! Lol! My wife and I love to travel. I’ve been to Mexico and Canada and would love to visit Europe, Japan, and the Middle East. I like to volunteer my time at Bay Ridge Independent Living here in Traverse City, and every Thursday, I lead worship service. Overall, I love assisting others and doing all I can to ensure they leave the dealership completely satisfied with their service and decisions!

Sanjay was the saving grace of my Hyundai experience. This dealership has changed so much but not for the better. The lack of communication on the phone is just not acceptable to me. I do not want to communicate be text. I did not need to bring my car in. Had this been a conversation we both would be better off. All this being said Sanjay was professional, pleasant and helpful.
